Interesting highlight. My hotel overlooked the central traffic island. Fascinating to see how cars, mopeds, buses, handcarts, and pedestrians were all able to navigate this 7 lane roundabout without too many disasters. (6 reviews, 5 photos)

The highlight has to be being challenged by the chicken wing vendor at the night market as to how much chilli I could handle on the wings (I won, but drank a lot of local beer that night) (5 reviews, 6 photos)

For the highlight, I have to be tempted to say my guide. Entertaining and delightful. Knowing the best eating places - especially for my spicy, hot palate. And indulging my penchant for wanting to see every corner of every thing.(8 reviews, 5 photos)

The real highlight is simply the desert friendliness, chaos and bussle of the place. Oh, and the livestock market. I nearly bought a camel!(5 reviews, 14 photos)

The highlight for me are the mummies displayed in the Autonomous Museum, along with the friendliness of the local minority people and their willingness to share their culture with visitors.(3 reviews, 0 photos)
