Shanshuijian Food Company was established in September 2001 and now has ten branches serving different styles and cuisines. The Shan Shui Jian Restaurant we recommend is located in Longtan Park and decorated in Sichuan style. The hotpot cooked with nutritional ingredients is one of the most famous dishes and very popular with the locals.

This was changed from the plan because we wanted to be with local people not just tourists.It was a wonderful choice.Other restaurant was also excellent.
