Dear Michael,

We are back in France safely. We think the Terra Cotta Worries in Xian was the most memorable attraction we visited. All the hotels were very comfortable. Special mention for the Citylion in Xian and the Royal Palace in Haining. The Dejuyan inn in Pingyao is different in terms of comfort but more genuine and interesting concerning the Chinese style.

We appreciate the four nights on train, which permits us to be in contact with Chinese people who are very friendly. But, these nights are very tiring. We appreciate a lot that, following our demand, you made available for our group, one room in the hotel when we arrived early in the morning by train.
