Would have preferred that the restaurants were smoke free or completely segregated. This would apply to the lobby lounge area as well, where non-smokers more or less have to put up with the environmental tobacco smoke from smokers. It was quite annoying if I cannot enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in a smoke free zone. This would be the main reason for me not to dine in the hotel.

Extremely convenient, very clean, modern hotel with a tremendously relaxing atmosphere with rooms that have everything you need in an efficient and comfortable way. I could not believe the value.Minibar, immediate internet hook up and extremely easy access to the room in a fast elevator. If I'm ever in Shanghai again, it's where I will go.

I like their express service very much ,the staff was experience and kindly. Food was excellent, they have a excellent chef cook.
