Celebrating Mid-Autumn
Festival
Chinese people believe that on the
15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar,
the moon is the biggest, roundest and brightest.
And the term round implies family reunion in
Chinese. So the Mid-Autumn
Festival (also called Moon Festival) is a
holiday for members of a family to get together.
Sons and daughters will back to their parents'
house, typically having dinner together, for a

Guangzhou-Detroit line to open
A new
flight linking Detroit in the United States and Guangzhou,
capital of south China's Guangdong Province, will be launched
on October 31st this year. The route will also take in Japan's
capital, Tokyo, according to US Northwest Airlines. With the

Tourists
from China and Hungary will be able to enjoy direct flights
between the capitals of the two countries (Beijing and

staff. Last Sunday, 14th of August, we experinced a two-hour
exiting, funny drift through the Dragon Neck River in North
west Yangshuo. It is an unprecedented challage to us for its
rushing water, confined passage, and piles of pebbles
