Pingyao International Photography is not only an event for photographers, but a rare occasion for photography lovers, local people as well as average travelers. During the event, the old town becomes a large open-air photo gallery which displays photos from photographers from over ten countries, including the most eminent and respectable ones. The number of photos displayed is so large that it takes you at least three days to have a glimpse of all of them. Although the focus of the exhibits varies each year, it, with no exception, shows the natural beauty, historic events and important monuments.
China Highlights has prepared a festival tour to Pingyao, which would appeal to art and photography lovers.
