Great for booking trains in China
I bought train tickets, both bullet trains and sleeper trains, in China last year and just last month in March via Train Spread Guilin's China Highlights website. Not sure why they do not just use the China Highlights name since that is the website for booking train tickets in China, and recommended by The Man in Seat 61. The good thing about China Highlights is that a customer service officer will be assigned to me and can be contacted via email or WeChat. Train tickets go on sale usually 15 days before but sometimes may be released just days before so it is important to have someone waiting to quickly buy them. Hence, the fee that China Highlights charge, in USD, is worth the price for that service. They will also advise of alternatives if the tickets are not yet on sale etc. At all times, they have bought the tickets as agreed, including if I made any changes after the initial booking, and have refunded the difference where I decided to downgrade from 1st class to 2nd class seat. I will continue using China Highlights for my next trip to China. moreMarch 21st, 2025, aust09
