How Was Ganquan Grand Canyon Formed and What to See?

The canyon was formed by red sandstone that underwent millions of years of wind and sand erosion, along with water flow.
Research suggests that a strong earthquake millions of years ago caused a crack in the mountains of the Loess Plateau. Long-term erosion by rainwater gradually shaped the unique canyon landscape.
At Ganquan Grand Canyon, you can experience unique Danxia landforms, magnificent canyon scenery, and lush vegetation.
You can also engage in activities like hiking and rock climbing. Its tranquil environment makes it ideal for nature enthusiasts, photographers, and outdoor sports lovers.
